With 3 kids in college, I haven't done a lot of shopping the last few years which is probably why I received a " we want you back" offer recently in my email. I visited this store on Saturday hoping to treat myself to something while taking advantage of the sale and my welcome back offer. I tried on several things and decided on a lovely white( go with everything blouse).It was full price although there was a store promotion going on this day. I took the promotion price in to account along with my welcome back offer when deciding if the purchase would fit with my budget. However, when checking out I was told I couldn't use my email offer because of the current in store promotion. I would have totally understood this had my offer been a percentage off but it was not - it was $25 off a $50 purchase. I read all the fine print associated with the coupon before I left to go shopping and nowhere does it say it can't be used with another promotion. Nowhere. I didn't make the purchase - So much for welcoming me back Chicos.
