Today I tried Salon Blissful because my normal stylist was not answering her phone and didn't get back to me until 430pm when I had called at 1030am. I got in right at 11 even though there were still a few more openings throughout the afternoon. This salon has only been open just over a year, so they are still building their customer base (so get in now!) The Royal Poochie was sold to another owner just 2 weeks ago so they are now seperate entities.
They only use Paul Mitchell brand shampoos and colors which is great! It is very spacious and cute. Definitely easy to find right off power and university...its nice to finally have a cute salon out East Mesa that isn't overpriced or under quality.
I had Kacie! She was great! Easy to talk to (about hair and life in general) and explain what I wanted! I love my hair..she even gave me a few inexpensive tips to keep it healthier! Definitely see her and tell her Sharon H sent u (that would def be helpful!)
Anyways, overall experience there was superb and I will definitely be coming back as a regular! You can def trust her, she has a 1 week guarantee, so if you aren't happy, you come back! Bang trims are also free which is great in between cuts! Best of luck!
