Qualities appreciated: Director of Operations (Verna) and Office Manager (Brent) are excellent to work with. Communication with each has been minimal but easy and effective. Each of them have been friendly, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable in their field. We appreciate their willingness to accommodate our requests (i.e. repair of broken and/or poorly functioning items, pest control, simple aesthetic changes, etc.). A reasonable property owner is key to the overall success of this working relationship.
