I've come here a couple times, ALWAYS make an appt! This last time, I made an appt, showed up at my appt time, signed in and sat. The place was packed. I waited patiently. An hour passed, so I walked up front to ask if that was typical to wait over an hour with an appt.? The girl Taya [not sure of spelling] said "we dont have you down for an appt". I pulled up the screenshot of my appt booking and turned out I had forgotten to click the final button to actually make the appt! Due to my medical condition, I physically couldn't wait much longer (hence the reason I "made an appt") She was so kind and quickly took me back, drew my blood, wished me a wonderful weekend, I profusely thanked her and I was out 3 minutes later. She is the type of person you hire!
