I deserve the 1 star for the reason that I keep going back here every so often. Let's just say over the years this McDonald's probably owes me a few hundred dollars in food they robbed me of. They never screw up in my favor either, it's either what I order (1 at of 10 visits it seems) or they leave stuff out. Sadly every franchise fast food place in Belmont is bad with this worst I've experience anywhere else I've ever lived by far but this McDonald's takes the cake. Goes to show how solid the franchise is when the customer service is so careless. Instead of fixing the problem now they force the employees to just give us a BS "we appreciate you". If that's true then stop ripping me off!
