Katsuya is one of the best hidden gems you'll find in Las Vegas for sushi, Japanese whiskies and service. The service was top notch from the hostess, to our server Matt, all the way to the bussers, food runners and even the manager who stopped by tables to check how everything was going. Everyone was very knowledgeable about each product they brought out and we didn't feel rushed with the perfect timing of each item we ordered. Which brings me to the food - INCREDIBLE! Katsuya has some of the best sashimi quality I've had in Vegas. You can tell the chef is very talented and each dish highlights the flavor profile of the fish. Don't skip out on Katsuya - it's a must if you're near the strip!
