Rhonda, Mark & the Foreman Rafael are prompt and attending my concerns very well, they also explain things to me and what to expect. But I don't know with the lady Office Manager, I have requested some photos before, during and after the repair so I would know what they have done since client usually can not go up the roof to inspect specially for a 2 story house, she had agreed that they will send the photos, but it's already more than 2 weeks with 2 emails from me without any response from her! The only time she emailed me was during the quote process.
I chose Dessert Valley Roofing service because of the great review, even their price are $600+ more expensive than the following competitors. And I am not sure of the work since I did not see the roof personally during and after the work. I am just hoping that there are no more leaks! The only "before" photos that I have was the one taken by Mark (estimator) which he explained to me very well to which part of the roof that needs repair and tiles to be replaced. I am really dissapointed!
