I really want to like this place - the price is right, they're right around the corner from my house, there's never a long wait, open on Sundays, and the guy who has done my pedicures the 2 times I have been there is a really nice person. However, I won't be back. The first time I went was near closing so I chalked up the lack of time spent on my pedicure to that. The man smudged my polish on one toe while putting on my flip-flops (immediately after applying the polish!) I saw him looking closely at it and I assumed that it was fine. It wasn't. It really needed to be redone and I know that he knew it and just didn't feel like it. I gave them a second chance and went during the middle of the day so they would not be rushed. The issues that day:
1) Poor polish selection - there is very little to choose from
2) The same guy as before smudged my polish again! This time he redid it but I could tell he didn't want to. Maybe he should allow some drying time before he puts on your flip-flops.
3) Very little time spent on my cuticles, they were ragged the next day.
4) The final straw - he cut my nails and instead of covering the towel that my toenail clippings were on with a fresh one or, at the very least, shaking it out, he finished the rest of the pedicure with my feet directly laying on top of them! It was disgusting.
Sorry, no 3 times you're out here. Not going back.
