I've now participated in three rooms at this location: eat or be eaten, captain's cove, and alien autopsy. Each time I've left disappointed. Compared to other escape room establishments, each one of these rooms has had a distinct lack of flow. The objectives are far from intuitive and because of this the rooms cannot be completed without a heavy dose of hints. In two of the three rooms, a malfunction has caused a lot of wasted time and confusion (not wanting to give anything away but in one room magnetic locks were accidentally reset by flipping a switch and in another a malfunctioning lock prevented us from finding a clue). I really wanted to like this location (which is why I've come three times) but after three identical underwhelming experiences I think the pattern is clear. The staff is friendly and professional and the room themes have promise but the execution is lacking. I would not recommend this location.
