The room was clean and the room size is big and have no complaints about my accommodations there. What I do have a complaint about is that I had left a couple of items in the room and called the front desk less than a hour later. They transferred me to housekeeping and had someone look for my items. 5 minutes later housekeeping is back on the phone and informs me that my items weren't found. In less than an hour, my items disappear. Housekeeping offered no apologies and transferred me to security. What a joke. Very disappointed and this will be the last time I will stay at the Goldcoast nor will I recommend it to my friends. You lost my business.
