I was just in town for a few days and took two Strength classes with Nikki. By FAR the best high intensity circuit training class I've ever taken! The energy in the room was amazing and both workouts were completely unique, fun, and challenging. As you rotate through all exercises you'll get a full body and cardio workout.
I recommend this class to anyone and everyone! Most exercises had multiple variations as well; this way, you can make sure the workout fits your abilities. I pushed myself well outside my comfort zone and got an amazing workout! Thanks Nikki!
