Pretty poor service overall. I took two bikes in for spring service and selected the "deluxe" tuneup. It took a full week and when I picked them up, one of them was in terrible shape - soft tires, seat wasn't on straight and one of the wheels was clicking and rubbing quite loudly. If anyone at the shop had taken it for a 5 minute test ride they should have noticed this.
I will say the store was reasonably well stocked re: locks, lights, fenders but the service is really lacking.
