We have frequented Tryst for 3 years now- Never have we left and been completely satisfied with the service. Food? yes. Service? no way. We have been asked to clear the table before my daughter finished her meal. When i said we were almost done the man commented we had been there long enough. I have repeatedly asked for a refill on coffee and never received. Once the young man sat us after we waiting 20 minutes only to come tell us that it wasn't our table and that we should have known because there was no high chair. Every time we leave we say we are never going back. We took my Mother in law for Mother's day and my 6 year old ordered herself the kids french toast. The served her the $15 mother's day strawberry french toast special. I mean, come on. And the girl had the audacity to argue that it's what she ordered. My daughter doesn't eat strawberries and i was there when she placed her order. She removed it but still charged us the $15. We have never gotten smiles and chatter from whoever is tending to our table, maybe i'm asking too much? It's a shame the customer service is so dang bad, because it's close to home and good food!
