Pissed. Toronto to Montreal bus at 5pm on Friday. Made an impromptu stop in Scarborough, which no one told us about, and we were late getting to Kingston. Someone waiting in Kingston to board complained and the driver rudely told her that this bus is always late and to take the bus at a different time if she wanted to be on time. How about not lying about transit times on your website if a trip is "always" a certain way?
Driver also did not tell us how long we were going to be stopped in Kingston, and then disappeared. My friend and I wasted time trying to find someone who had information, and when we finally did, he was very rude to us and told us 5 minutes.
So: drivers were rude, didn't have time to go to the washroom or get anything to eat, price wasn't great, and we are late. Oh, and the WiFi doesn't work.
Two stars because it gets us to where we want to go, the outlets work and it's pretty clean.
