LAS VEGAS BOAT AND MARINE CENTER: 4444 Boulder Highway You guys serviced my boat. Your Invoice 932200. Doing the right thing, although not always the easiest boat to row, especially when it's YOUR boat ... I do have to acknowledge that after meeting with Will, Bob and Bruce at Las Vegas Marine Center today to discuss my complaints and address the issues I thought I had with my boat that I owe them a big apology. They were 100% correct and did a really great job fixing my boat. When Bob hooked the boat up, it fired right up! The boat runs great. Problem was not only did I evidently NOT know to use the controls to start it, everyone with me who supposedly said they knew boats likewise couldn't use the controls either and get it started. (Says volumes for the lot of us!) I'd just purchased this boat to go fishing in and since it was something I'd just bought used, really used, like 1983 used, I took it to Las Vegas Marine Center to get it looked at and made ready for the water. When I picked the boat up it was my understanding that I could haul it right out to the Lake, drop it in, fire it up and go boating and fishing. That it was a solid running boat. When I went right out and dropped it in the Lake and it would NOT fire right up, or at all, it became super frustrating. I was wrong for jumping ship and letting my frustration get the better of me. What is even worse is I wrongfully blamed Las Vegas Marine Center in even thinking they did not fix my boat. When in reality, it was my own operator error and being to stupid to even know how to start it! Sorry Guys! It's my slice of humble pie here. I was wrong. You guys are great and do fantastic work! I do recommend that anyone needing boat work done do business with Las Vegas Marine Center.
