I rarely give one star reviews, but these guys earned it. I signed up for a special package deal with an authorized dealer. It included hbo, showtime and Cinemax with regular TV channels. I had all of the paperwork, ID number of the agent and etc. COX REFUSED to honor the agreement and still will not to this day. Instead, they resorted to slowly downgrade my service without telling in the hopes that I wouldn't notice. I did! I have filed a complaint against them with the BBB. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUSLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. stick with directv
