I booked a bus to transport my wedding guests and us (bride and groom) between the wedding chapel and our hotel a couple of times within a couple of hours. I needed to make a change from a 29 passenger bus to 24, which they did without issue. The bus was on time and clean. The driver was very friendly.
The last part of the transport on my wedding day was for the driver to bring me groom and I from the chapel to the hotel for our reception. When the driver arrived, our photographer was still taking photos. The driver complimented us on how good we looked (truly sincere) and he had a big smile on his face as we finished the photography. He did not rush us. He was patient. He was just a lovely man.
I liked that we received email confirmations and notifications about our transport being dispatched.
