I was sent here by a friend but I was so disappointed with the way they treated me. After discussing that I needed a new headset, they showed me one that I liked - a good grade, and silver to match the other parts of my bike (35$) - I okayed it and went on my merry way. Unfortunately, that headset was somehow unavailable when it came down to it so they decided to put another one on my bike, WITHOUT calling to ask me about it first. They put a black one on of a lower grade (that looks RIDICULOUS). When I told them this is not what I wanted, nor what we had discussed they said I would have to pay them 35$ labour AGAIN to change the part. After THEY blatantly just hadn't done what I initially asked.
This is the worst bike shop service I have ever received. They were not friendly or helpful from the beginning.
