If you're looking for a healthy and ostensibly organic breakfast/lunch or snack... look no further than Canyon Ranch Cafe. They serve up delicious steel cut oatmeal, toast, eggs, sandwiches, smoothies, coffees, etc with an emphasis on healthy. We ordered the steel cut oatmeal, which was delicious, but like everyone else says... it is super duper expensive. $6 for oatmeal. I guess what you're really paying for is convenience (Venetian spa is right across from it, pool is just outside, and the gym is downstairs). It befits the uber ritzy who have money to spend. I could only afford the oatmeal ... and that was only cuz I was super desperate and needed food pronto after my workout. O__________o That's the last time you're taking money from me, Vegas!! *shakes fist* ... it's all the way downstairs .... at the entrance of the pool of the Venetian. Very secluded and hidden.
