I completed the 10 week IOP program at Stonewall this year and I have to say it was a life-changing experience. Like many, upon entering the program, I wasn't sure how things could go...but the expertise the therapists possessed along with the common ground I found with others in the program quickly became something I knew would make a difference for me. In the course of the 10 weeks I learned so much in terms of the nature of my dependency, the effects it has on me and others in my life, and how to functionally deal with things on a daily basis. Probably the most important part of the whole program was the tools they gave me to deal with addiction after I left. Today, I am addiction-free and feel completely confident and free from a life that was heading the wrong way. Stonewall helped me to get where I am today!
