I almost did not use this company based off of the reviews. I want to comment that I had an excellent experience. As promised, I got a call the day before to confirm that they were coming to get me. The 1st driver Scott was awesome. He picked me up on time, and was very polite and courteous. I was actually the only person in the shuttle that morning at 645am. He was prompt, the van was very clean also. Upon my return, another nice gentleman picked me up. Unfortunately, I have forgotten his name, but he told me he was originally from Michigan. I thought I would need to call them once i got my luggage, but as I was getting off the plane he called me to say he was outside waiting for me. I was very happy that there would be no wait time. In addition,he made sure I knew where to meet him, and what door to come out of. Again, another clean van to take me home. He was very patient and understanding also. Both drivers drove safe, assisted me with my luggage, picked me up, and dropped me off at my door,and gave me very excellent customer service. I want to give a BIG thanks to you both, and I will be using your service again for sure.
