First time at this location which has been open for 6 years now. Their sister locations are at Yonge & Clark and at Leslie & Finch. This location has at best average AYCE sashimi, sushi and hand rolls. The beef and chicken skewers were a bit tough but the cooked salmon and salmon head were great. I came in on a Friday night and it was moderately busy - no one waiting in line or anything but the one flaw I noticed this evening at Ginza is that the four servers they had for the entire restaurant is too understaffed. Orders were sitting at the sushi bar waiting to be picked up, dishes went missing and we had to ask for them near the end of our meal before they brought them out. And I'm not saying one or two dishes but the entire sashimi and dim sum orders. Oh yeah, they have a few dim sum dishes so that's cool and different! Overall, it's an average Japanese & Thai AYCE and I might go back again if I passed by but wouldn't make the effort to travel to that location.
