It took about an hour for the service guy to show up. Great guy. Fast service too. It took twenty seconds for him to open my locked door. Then comes the billing time. I was charged the very minimum because I'm right next door to them. 62 dollars trip charge and 24 dollars to get it open. 86 dollars flat. He also told me that those advertised for 35 dollars tend to come out and break the lock, tell you it needs to be rekeyed. So you have a choice: pay extra for the truth, pay half and risk being told lies. I mean those people better break my lock and tell me it needs to be rekeyed. What's the deal with two stars then? I was told it will be around 50 - 60 dollars by the dispatcher Steve. I wasn't told that's the trip charge only. Just a bad taste.... that's all.
