We had Steel Advantage make and install a security screen door. The door is beautiful and just what we wanted. We did have to wait 4 weeks for the door and there were a few problems with the door after it was installed. It didn't close smoothly, the door handle was very stiff and it didn't close completely-you had to give it a little pull in order to lock it. I called Steel Advantage Friday afternoon and they were out Monday morning. The service technician made some adjustments and made sure I knew everything about the door and warranties. He was very professional and resolved the issues quickly. The customer service was top notch from beginning to end and we are very happy with the door.
