I hate leaving bad reviews but I just need to be honest. DO NOT GO HERE! Warning!
This salon is run by one person (who does not own, just the manager). She does everything! Nails, hair and waxing. There is no one else. She is very nice and sweet but not enough hands to help with clients.
This note is for the owner: Hire more people!
I booked an appointment for a gel mani and pedi for 12pm on a Sunday. I got there on time & there were still 2 people waiting to get their hair finished; color and cut. Meanwhile I soaked my feet for 35 mins waiting till the beautification finished up her clients. She finally finished and started on my pedicure. It was half fasted and a mess. Even my own friends said it looked like a 2 year old painted my nails.
Warning! Warning! The tub where my feet were soaking was never cleaned after and the salon turned in on for the next client to start their feet soaking. I hope I don't get a foot fungus.
On to the gel mani; that was really rushed as 3 more appointments walked in. The gel was all over my cuticles and just looked absolutely horrible! I didn't want my nails cut either and they got cut super short; I wanted to cry!
After I also got a quick lip face and the wax was still on my face till I had to research how to take it of at home.
I later went to another nail salon to get my nails all redone. Waste of my time and my money!
