Hate to say it but something has changed. Always waiting for my appointments now...always. Like sometimes 30+ min. The hair cuts are inconsistent. Botched more often than not. Staff seem to have gained severe cases of A.D.D. They don't listen to what you want. EVER. They also have lengthy conversations among themselves....for several minutes at a time...showing each other stuff on their phones, whatever. Very annoying and really unacceptable. They're totally late for the appt and then act like their gossip is more important than your time? Last hair cut was jacked up so that was it for me. Back to the drawing board.
