Most nail places at Pacific mall have the same price list so I decided to go here as they had an empty seat. I asked for a french manicure and when they said they didn't have nail polish I chose shellac for $20. The lady confirmed that it was $20 for the french nails and started buffing my nails with the electric buffer. She went too deep with the buffer (enough to cut into 2 fingers). She then asked if I wanted my cuticles cut. She said this would be $5 extra and I said fine because I didn't want skin hanging off my fingers. Then she takes out white nailpolish and starts application to the tip end of the nail as though she were applying nailpolish (vertically). She asked me if it was ok after doing one finger and I said no it was too thick and uneven. The man next to her piped in and asked what I wanted. I said french nails as we had discussed. I asked if they had a finer tip to do it like all the other places I've been to. He said they could do it, but it would be $5 extra. I had had it at this point. I just got one colour done and didn't leave a tip. Horrible customer service and I didnt get what I wanted. I won't be coming back here.
