I am new to this area and needed a primary care physician mostly for my allergy medication. I work walking distance from this office. I used ZocDoc to setup an appointment today at 2:30. Because I was doing this on my lunch break I thought it was great t I had the option to fill out all paperwork online prior to visit. The location is pinned incorrectly on maps. I got there at exactly 2:30 and was told my appointment was cancelled. I was stunned. I asked why and the rude lady at the desk told me as a new patient I needed to be there 20 minutes early and that she did not have any of the paperwork I filled out. No emails, texts or calls I received mentioned getting there early. She had no empathy and did nothing to make it right. What a terrible experience. On the other hand ZocDoc has been great with following up and helping me find a new doc.
