Sadly had to update this and change vets. Found out the hard way that they do not keep records well, they are absolutely rude over the phone when you question them about those records. If there are questions, they should be answered, and the customer should not be called a liar when the customer has the bill in front of their face for the immunization he paid for and has the physical receipt. I don't know if it was just a new person bad day combo, or what it was, but I will certainly never spend another dollar there. Also as a side note, do NOT get your pet microchipped here. Go to another vet that uses a different service. I strongly suspect this one receives a kickback from the microchip company, because not only are you expected to pay for the chip process from the vet, but also a monthly fee (which you can decline after the first month) and activation type fee from the microchip company itself. Other vets use a different service and you only pay one fee, once.
