Called AHS home warranty to submit a service request for our oven. It was making a weird smell like burning rubber. They sent us their contracted vendor (which usually have bad service and raitings to reflect) and I called to make an appt. They didn't answer 9 times out of 10 and the time they did, they were booked out a few days. Thanksgiving is Thursday and I was worried that we wouldn't be able to cook here at home so I started calling around for quotes based on yelp ratings :) . I only called one business because when I saw the reviews and talked to the representative of Elite Appliance Repair, I immediately scheduled the appointment for evaluation and repair. Our technician came in between the 4 hour window and was very fast and friendly. He immediately diagnosed what was wrong with the oven and called in the parts to fix it. We are only paying a little over what we would have paid for our home warranty service call but the service was unmatched. They also came same day and are currently working on fixing the oven so that we can cook our turkey!! Thanks Elite!
