Been a member for several years now. I have decided to write a review based on some recent experiences at the gym. Hope this helps anyone looking for a local gym:
Pros
1. As the name tells you--it is open all the time. You can use your pod anytime to enter the gym for a workout.
2. It is relatively clean. There have been days (especially Monday mornings) where the garbage overflows and the paper towels are empty. However, I have been going to gyms for years now and this gym is normally clean.
3. No problem getting a workout machine. No one is hovering around trying to get on a machine.
Cons
1. Staff is rude. If you ask a question, they act like they are being inconvenienced. The people who staff the office (not the trainers but the regular office staff) are especially rude and when doing nothing still find it hard to answer a question. The entire staff needs training.
2. The televisions are all set on the same remote control code so when anyone in the gym changes a channel it often changes your television. The gym knows about the problem but does nothing about it.
3. The music is horrible. There is a rotation of four different channels which the staff says cannot be changed (to satisfy everyone they say). However, it means that the music is more usually bad. The staff also refuses to turn down the volume so those working out cannot hear their own music (without blasting it) and cannot hear what they are listening to on the television.
