The owner, Ed, was friendly and very responsive to questions and concerns both before and after the installation. The security screendoor is attractive, well built and the installer was terrific. He called on the installation day to say that he would be there soon, but was unhappy with the coating on one spot on the door and was having them recoat it. This surprised and pleased me as it's not something you would normally expect from an installer. In addition, he did a great job on the install. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future if the need arises.
