Very pleased from start to finish. I had heard of a competitor offering a cash gift with an install, and have heard them on the radio previously. I called them first only because of the radio spot. I was transferred to a call center not in this country. I asked the rep 3 different ways,and times about having the tint strip replaced that is currently there. The lady had no clue what i was talking about, and said they couldnt do it.
I had an advertisement for King Windshields in the mail with the same offer. I called them,and spoke to a very nice gal that was here local. She was quick,professional, and didn't say no to my questions, and made every effort to accomodate me,and my needs. I arrived at the business 5 min before my appointment, and was in my truck leaving 20 min later with a great new windshield. Everyone there in the building was nice,polite, and more importantly professional. I will use them anytime i need work.
