Went there today and got some clothes for my son's trip. It was well picked up, and organized. There were short wait lines at the register. The clerk was friendly, but asking me to do a survey about their great service.... Wait, what do they THINK great service is?How about great service is someone helps you on the SALES FLOOR. Any expectation that a clerk is anywhere to be found is ..... well not going to happen. But then again, here I am supporting a large retail chain... But there are no local kids clothing stores around me. Shame on me!
