This was one of the worst services I have experienced. I booked them to assemble some outdoor furniture for Friday 3pm, the emailed me at 1am on Friday morning telling me my appointment was rescheduled for Monday 11am. I had to change around my day as I had counted on them being there Friday. I switched everything around and freed up time for Monday so that I could be there when they arrived. Monday morning at 1:30am the email me letting me know that my appointment has been cancelled. They are so unreliable, no other business can just change and cancel appointments when they want leaving you, the customer, out of luck. Absolutely terrible experience and I will tell anyone that asks me the same. If i could give less than one star I would.
