I feel really sad to knock this theatre down to 3 stars. 9 months ago I loved it, but in the last few months, we have seen a decline in the customer service. Either we don't get our food, or popcorn or the food is just wrong compared to what we ordered. The check is always inaccurate and the Servers are nowhere to be found. We go every Friday night with another couple and it looks like we might need to try another place. It's a shame because the food quality is good, the theaters are nice and the chairs are super comfy. Every week it's now a running joke that the service can't get any worse - and then it does.
