This place is absolutely HORRIBLE ! the owner rob will try & get over on you if your a girl , they sold me a complete lemon & not even 1 week of having the car a whole bunch of things became wrong . Not to mention 3 days later my check engine light came on .
His excuse was; "Well it's not like your getting a new car, or Lexus or something. There is going to be problems"
WRONG !!!! All he kept doing was clearing the code that was causing my check engine light to come on .
I didn't expect to have over $1500 worth of problems for a car I haven't had for a month . Their warranty sucks , he wasn't trying to fix nothing that was wrong .
He offered me another car & during me test driving it the check engine came on AGAIN ! I'm convinced all their cars are LEMONS & I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE ! now im stuck at fault for a car I no longer have ( I returned the car to the dealership ) they are so unprofessional when it comes to handling business . It's been almost 2 months & PRIMES ACCEPTANCE CORP (PAC) is still waiting too hear back from them regards to me no longer having the car.
