My family has stayed at this hotel multiple times, and we always have issues. We generally will use Hotwire because we are guaranteed a hotel in our general area, and this hotel does not hold to the promise of providing a room that accommodates the number of guest put on the reservation. They count the couch as a "bed", then they try to charge you for an "upgrade" when you request 2 queen beds. They always seem to care less about your frustration. Leslie today did not care much at all and told me to contact Hotwire. None of the other hotels in the general area give us trouble like this one.
