I had 3 contractors come out to bid my patio cover. By far Karl beat the price and gave me the best info and explained the whole process better than anyone else. He also answered all my questions better than any of the other contractors. I was scheduled 3 weeks out due to their work load but they ended up having an opening a week early. The installer was professional and his work was immaculate. He takes pride in his work which is hard to find. I strongly suggest using JMAR Construction!
