I go to Meineke because the guys there are no-nonsense and care for my car as if it were their own. They never up-sell unnecessarily (a huge pet peeve of mine) and they consistently offer me special deals and supply quick and thorough service. Store manager Son Tran has a helpful staff and an efficient store. The only reason why I don't rate five star here is because five star ratings require that my mind be blown; and it's impossible for me to feel that way following a visit to the mechanic. I will say that the experience is always impressively concise and straight-forward, though - and that's not something that can be said for all of Meineke's competitors.
