Called a half hour before he arrived & arrived on time! Took apart our faucet ..took photos just for future reference & wrote down the make,model & serial numbers for future reference!
Prior to his visit he suggested I download the Yelp deal! Paid $25 for a $50 voucher which he pleasantly honored!
I'd utilize his services again in a heartbeat!
