I was searching for coffee places in Gilbert and founf this. The first time I went there, I couldn't find it. It is inside a place called Palette Collective. There were no signs indicating that there is a coffee shop there. Since then, they have put a sign on the window and made an outdoor patio.
Let's get to the coffee. Their coffee is delicious. They choose good coffees and roast it themselves. The result is a well balanced espresso which, in turn, leads to great tasting drinks. Their baristas are very friendly and knowledgeable and really seem to care about their customers.
They also serve toasts which are just the best. Their marscapone and honey toast is by far my favorite. The avocado toast is a very close second.
I go to this coffee shop more than I would like to admit. But with the great coffee, delicious toasts, terrific staff, and amazing atmosphere, it's hard to stay away.
