Madhouse. I landed at 6 PM. (Early! I was excited! Unfortunately it did not last.) It took me 40 minutes to get from my gate at the Southwest terminal to the baggage area. Then it took another 15 minutes to get to the rental car shuttle stop. The shuttles are always there to pick you up, though, so this was a plus. Then another 15-20 minutes or so to get to the rental car building as it is located WAY outside of the airport. I did not leave the rental car complex until 7:40 PM. I will write another review upon my return to the airport. Hopefully it will go much better than my arrival.
