I guess you get what you pay for. I saw the $30 mani/pedi sign, and thought it was a good idea because I really only wanted my polish changed, and my toenails left natural. It's February and I am not wearing flip flops to walk out of there. So the older lady who worked on me gouged into the sides of my big toes to dig out whatever hides in there. Twice I said "Ouch" and pulled away. I have never had anyone do this before, and my toes are still sore 3 days later. God I hope those tools were sterilized. Also when she used the cheese grater thing she hurt me. Again I pulled away, and she said something like, "You hurt?" WTH? My fingernails are not shaped well at all and the polish is already chipping from the edges. First and last visit for me.
