Waited 2 1/2 hours until our room was ready. Prepaid 2 weeks before arrival. Email stated all I had to do was stop at front desk for key. Was told we're fully booked. Funny where we're all the cars? Was up all night. MOST hotels if smoking is allowed, are on separate floors, which I don't smoke. I am allergic to pets. This is per Hilton: Hilton Hotels recently launched Hilton: Pet Friendly, a program designed to make traveling with pets easier. Beginning this summer, cats and dogs will be welcome at most Hilton Hotels & Resorts throughout the United States and Canada. Your best friend will not only be welcome, they'll enjoy special amenities, too. NOT in my family. So maybe after someone with a pet stays clean the room completely, not just a normal cleaning. Called the front desk to ask why my credit card was charged $25, was told "that's standard" asked why didn't someone say so at check in, since I was told I was paid in full. Then ask about allowing pets & was told only service pets. Not what the Internet states. This is not the last Hilton has heard from me. Charging someone's credit card without their knowledge is "an unauthorized charge" HELL-O time to train staff properly
