We just had the sad issue of having to say goodbye to our very special dog. It was sudden and he declined very fast with what we think was cancer which caused internal bleeding.
They worked us in understanding the issue and were extremely patient with us asking questions and almost pleading for any option to save him.
Once we knew there was no hope they let us sit with him in a quiet room until we had said our goodbyes and hold him through the process.
They sent us a sympathy card a few days later with a bit if his fur and his foot prints on the card.
We couldn't have asked for more caring people during this agonizing time.
