Warning: DO NOT rent from this company!
I am shocked at not only the horrendously poor level of customer service, but the rude, patronizing tone I have received from Weidner's employees. With remarks that are at best snarky, and at worst taunting, my response to coming home to find my entire ceiling caved in, my bed and carpet destroyed and my room absolutely unusable are just inexcusable.
No one seems to be willing to help me solve this problem, and I have instead been belittled and offered farcical "solutions". All I am asking is for help to fix the damage that has been done. As a resident, that is not an unreasonable response. Since, unfortunately, my polite requests have been met with such abrasive, insulting responses, I am forced to come to social media and warn others from making this same mistake.
Additionally, for months, I had bugs infesting my apartment, regardless of requesting a service to solve this problem. This has been all in all a horrendous experience, and I would never sign a lease with this company again.
