I hired this company for their special "Spring Deep Cleaning" as I was moving into a condo that was not fully cleaned to my standards. Considering that I had severe time constraints, I figured I'd leave it to the professionals. The 2 ladies arrived on time, and after showing them a few problem areas, I left the unit to give them the space they needed. Upon completion, I was satisfied for the most part. I did a quick walk through to see if they had been thorough. Even with a quick finger wipe on the counter tops, I could still feel some dirt but overall they cleaned out the washing machine, tried to get the residue out of the dish washer and I could see the carpets had been vacuumed. I did not move into the unit until 4 days later. Now that I've had time to be in my unit, I am a bit disappointed by the cleaning job. There are some rather obvious places they missed, like the floor on the side of the fridge is covered in filth, there's no way they couldn't have seen that when mopping. I noticed they didn't even wipe out the cabinets and shelves. The air vents still have lots of dust, the blinds weren't properly wiped down, the microwave vent is covered with yellow grease, etc etc. I had them clean my completely empty 2 bed, 2 bath unit... the 2 ladies had 3 hrs to complete the job but I feel that they cut a lot of corners. I was waiting outside in the parking lot and saw one of them loading up her car before she ever called me to tell me they had finished. So they didn't use their full allotted time to do a detailed, thorough job. Although I spent the $150 and tipped them $20 cash, I have been spending a lot of time cleaning things that should have been covered. I understand they expect you to notify them of any issues within 24 hrs of the job, but unfortunately my situation did not grant me time to be in the unit right away. I had just trusted that they would love up to their reviews, but this time, I'm afraid they did not.
