Friendly and I booked because of the good Yelp reviews. I reserved online and so had a quote. I was picked up in about 15 mins of my pick-up call. I specifically declined the insurance as I was not travelling far but checked my visa statement and found I had been charged nearly $200 for just 2 days rental of a compact car! I called them up and they informed me I had accepted the insurance. I specifically declined the insurance and told them so, and had asked to initial the decline. They backed down straight away and refunded the amount which makes me think this is a scam they have going. Why is it so hard to find reputable car rentals in the States?! Would never rent again here. Avoid at all costs or ensure you get an internet or printed quote and keep it up until your credit card statement comes through
