I have ALWAYS received the best care at Freeway Chevrolet! From Sales to Service, EVERY Time! I've told all of my friends to go there to buy their cars, and I never have "buyers remorse" when going to the Dealership for Service! Plus, the floor in the Service Bay is so clean you could eat off of it!! A great sign of the pride they take in their work!!
In my latest maintenance trip, I had a bad battery that made the engine difficult to start one day. I called Freeway and spoke with James, who helped me out tremendously, encouraging me to bring it on in before even stopping the car. (The car was still under warranty, and two years is a pretty good battery life when you live in the Desert!)
They did their normal service first, charging the battery for an hour. And while it did charge, James said he could tell it was still faulty, and would need replacing soon...whether it be the next day, next week, or next month. So he did me a solid and brought in a battery he knew was already bad, tested again so that they could replace the battery FOR FREE to me, and I drove out a few hours later perfectly happy, and with my pocket book the same weight as when I came in!! I've already told others what a great experience I had, and ALWAYS have, at Freeway Chevrolet! Customer for life!
